Food Truck Festival Family Fun Day

APPLICATION TO RESERVE YOUR VENDOR SPACE

This application is for a reservation of space(s) for Food Trucks, Arts & Crafts, and Business vendor spaces for Saturday, January 29th, 2022 at United Way of Suwannee Valley’s – Food Truck Festival Family Fun Day to be held at Wilson Park/Darby Pavilion, 232 NW Hillsboro Street, Lake City, FL.

All Arts and Crafts vendors will sell only handmade or hand embellished items as written in the rules and regulations.

Vendor sponsorships are as follows:

Food Trucks: $100 (tax deductible) sponsorship package, you will:
Reserve your vendor space at the festival –
Have your food truck’s name &/or logo on all of our marketing materials, email blasts, e-newsletter, radio, newspaper, social media, etc. – Receive two United Way of Suwannee Valley T-shirts – Receive a “We Support the United Way of Suwannee Valley” window cling for your food truck

Small Businesses & Arts & Crafts – $75 each space

Business (no sales, informational only) – $50 each space

All applications shall be complete, correctly filled out and submitted with full payment no later than January 9th. Post-mark dated applications will only be accepted if they are completely and correctly filled out and submitted along with full payment. Applications are subject to approval. This non-refundable application is in good faith that you will attend the festival.
Arts & Crafts spaces are limited to 20 and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
