5-6PM  Social Networking beer and wine – Bourbon Tasting by a Master Bourbon Steward

*Bourbon Tasting – $30 per flight (two flights available)

– Proof is in the Sippin – This flight takes tasters on a journey through the proof levels of bourbon, starting with lower proof options and gradually increasing towards higher proofs.

-From Field to Glass – This theme emphasizes the importance of grains in the production of bourbon, highlights the unique characteristics of corn, wheat, and rye through three distinct bourbons and highlights the agricultural roots of bourbon production, and emphasizes the importance of the grains used in creating this iconic American spirit.

6-7PM Dinner and Program

Dinner $55 – your choice of a Ribeye Steak or Sierra Chicken two sides, salad and dessert
