The Citizens information Center (CIC) is a hotline provided by your county during local emergencies to call for non-emergency needs such as calling for information about local aid being given out due to the emergency or to report dangerous thing in your area such as downed powerlines or trees blocking the road preventing emergency vehicles from traveling.
